Key of Resolution : Return To Simplicity

BE LIKE FAMILY TO YOUR FRIENDS, A FRIEND TO STRANGERS, AND A STRANGER TO YOUR ENEMIES.

I pray that I may perform each task faithfully. I pray that I may meet each issue of life squarely and not hold back.

Today I will be working at home, with Seth doing school my my side. Yesterday I was an incredible day, Lisa, Seth and I went to the beach and swan in the ocean, then down to the botanical gardens, wandering though redwood meadows, manzanitas, Chinese tea gardens and then to the overlook, where we could see all of Santa Barbara and out to the islands. Apparently our Sundays are going well and my responsibilities could use some attention. The most memorable thing about yesterday was walking though the redwood s in the basin of the botanical gardens, holing Lisa's hand and all of us being in a wonderous mood. I've been thinking allot about her house in the Desert and now Im starting to worry about getting it rented....

Something I could do for Lisa is take her out to that fancy dinner, I need to do that.
Something nice Seth would appreciate is me helping him get his room squared away.
Something Jeanne would appreciate is me meeting her for a portion of her walk in the morning.
and something Rachael would like is just some time together, the two of us.

I am a little sunburned. I hear traditional Chinese music in the office. I see the red glow of Philips Hue lights behind the monitors. I am at peace. I pretend to be healthy, but that could use some attention. I feel kind of healthy most of the time. I touch the great void of unhealthy wheezing and coughing... I worry about it. I am ok in the present, happily. I understand what I need to do and its realistic and attainable. I dream of more Sundays. I try to stay focused. I am so alive. I am grateful for for yesterday and its memories.
I am grateful for this morning and its preset with love coffee.
I am grateful for my family's health and love.
